Alright, so I have looked at a lot of art today. Can I just say that I am so amazed at everyone's work??? I love to look at art that portrays the emotion. You know exactly how they are feeling. I WISH I could draw like that. I've done a few pieces that are pretty good, but all of my poses are the same. I know the key to getting better is just keep drawing, but their is no time. Now, I could draw during my prep period or at random times during the day and in high school I use to doodle in the margins of my notebooks. Then I entered college and I forced myself to pay attention during class and take notes otherwise my imagination would have taken my mind far away from the classroom. So now that I'm done with college, (I graduated Saturday! Whoopee!!) I maybe could find time to draw. Usually I see something in my head (i.e. kissing under the mistletoe) and I want to draw it so bad. I should just try, but I am a perfectionist. I want everything to look good NOW. Haha. Guess I will have to pick up my sketchbook again. I hope I can justify drawing again, I feel like I always have to much to think about. Now I'm teaching and I have to prepare lesson plans and everything else. *sigh I'm going to try though.
